BIARGS 2026

On behalf of the British & Irish Association of Robotic Gynaecological Surgeons, it is a great pleasure to invite you to the 2026 Annual scientific meeting which is to be held in Gateshead.

The theme of 2026 meeting is “Redefining Surgical Reach” and our aspiration is to bring together surgeons, researchers, and innovators from the UK and around the world to explore the next era of gynaecological robotic surgery.

In addition to the sessions, the conference will feature dedicated educational modules, including a simulation-based pre-congress workshop for surgeons looking to expand their skillset in gynaecological robotics.

Gateshead & Newcastle are renowned for their industrial heritage and their friendly culture, with vibrant nightlife and a thriving food scene. The Conference will take place in one of the most iconic cultural landmarks, the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art. Newcastle is easy to get to via aeroplane or train and the venue is 20 minutes away from the airport and on walking distance from the railway stations and the city Centre.
